Oversampling and stereo instantiation method has been changed. it saves RAM and avoids cpu peaks on loading.

- inner presets now stored externally for faster plugin loading and reduced RAM consumption.

All FXs have been updated to 1.1 :
They now feature oversampling. You can choose between no oversampling (x1), and x2, x3, x4 oversampling. Oversampling avoids unwanted harmonics on high notes and globaly makes the sound more consistent, closer to what you would get with analogue devices.
